It is at all levels of the company that we must spread the spirit of exigency and the constant search for improvement. Therefore, Thierry Establishment and Fonlupt’s Productions have put social policy and sustainable development at the heart of their business strategy.

In a first step, a survey on satisfaction in the workplace was done by an outside agency. It helped highlight staff confidence in their company. A policy for the development of staff autonomy is implemented in workshops and contributes to a strong involvement of the staff.

Finally, a high priority was given to training.

The 2015 target that 60% of operators be holders of the Certificate of Professional Qualification (CQP) is well underway. 100% of supervisory staff has already passed the professional certificate management at the first level.

In terms of sustainable development, the management of the company is engaged to listen to local initiatives. Support is given to the promotion of carpooling — encouraged by the town of Caen, and a recycling program has been implemented.

A long term collaboration of Thierry Establishments and Fonlupt’s Productions with CAT including the one from Saint André sur Orne provides the ability to employ disabled workers to appropriate tasks including packaging and preparation of bar codes as well as for the maintenance of green spaces.
